Victor Valdes is no longer a player; he has turned into a TV producer

Victor Valdes opted to take a huge change in his life as he hung up his playing boots, or in this case, his gloves after rejecting the chance to perform with Sporting Lisbon and Deportivo.

Instead of playing, the former Barcelona player decided to launch a TV production company and even his own television show where he is expected to interview many of his former teammates.

This production company is an international one which is based in Barcelona, London and Abu Dhabi with the name of: ‘’Crazy4fun’’. Meanwhile his television show is believed to have already been sold to 12 countries.

Turning into a coach is a trend that more and more veteran players accept on doing but deciding to launch a television show and Production Company is a very unusual path that is not regularly taken.
Real Betis, Deportivo, Las Palmas and Sporting Lisbon are all of the clubs that were rumored on launching offers for Victor Valdes but the goal-keeper rejected all of them as he had very different things in mind.

Taking into consideration the fact that Victor Valdes has a very extensive trophy collection for his time spent and contributions made in Camp Nou, the experienced player was just not as motivated to continue performing as he has already lifted all of the major pieces of silverware that there is to win.

The UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, La Liga, Copa del Rey and Supercopa de España are all of the trophies that he won with Barcelona and even at the international stage, Valdes has been very successful after having won the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

With such a privileged trophy collection, it seems like Victor Valdes wanted to start dominating and experience success in a different world.
