VALDES IMPRESSED WITH YOUTH TEAM

Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes has said that Barcelona easily have the best youth system in the world right now.

Barcelona have produced a number of world-class players over the years. One of the most recent one who springs to the mind is Lionel Messi, who joined the club in at the age of 14.

Lionel Messi was also part of the incredible youth team, which include the likes of Iniesta, Xavi, and Victor Valdes himself. Even after the production of players of such calibre, the Barcelona youth team has not shown any signs of weakness over the years. In fact, it has been producing an even more high-quality youngsters, who has since left to play for other clubs like Chelsea and Roma.

After seeing 20-year-old Cristian Tello score for Barcelona in the match against Real Sociedad, Victor Valdes has said that it is quite easy to see that Barcelona have the best youth system in the world right now.
